Clara hasn't called yet
Calls start once they've called Clara to say yes and you've started the season in the app. Check the time and time zone in the app's settings.
They want to stop, or delete everything
They can tell Clara on any call, or call the number Clara calls from. You can also pause, stop or delete everything in the app.
A name or place is spelled wrong
Open the chapter and fix it, or add the right spelling under Names & Places: Clara and every later chapter will use it.
Ordering the book
Once the season's calls are done, the app makes the book from every chapter and photo. You check it, then order.
Refunds
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play: ask them for a refund there, or write to us and we'll help.
